In order to enhance our services to our patients you can now Schedule your appointments online. We always wish to make your experience at the office as smooth as possible. As you know, we offer a no wait clinic and online billing support. Our staff is always friendly and we strive to not only make you care go great but also our customer service.
As requested by our patients on the go, we have updated our scheduling software so that you can schedule appointments right online. This will make it much simpler for those of you who want to schedule an appointment with us without having to play phone tag with our office. Please continue to give us feed back on how you like our additional improvements to the office with the new scheduling program. Unfortunately, we know there will be some growing pains with this program but you feed back is much appreciated and respected. If you have any other ideas on how to enhance our services for you please feel free to follow up with us on future visits. In the future we are planning on also having all paper work completely filled out on line with no need for you to print or email us your forms. Our patient portal will also be fully operational in 2015 to comply with upcoming heath care reform acts.
