Hey guys, I’m Ariel. I work at the ProAdjuster chiropractic clinic. I’m the first face you when you come in the office. I am going to greet you with a smile. I just wanted to let you know about out wait time. I know that when you go to most doctors’ offices you sit there any wait maybe for an hour, maybe an hour and half. In our office we see 98% of our patients either early or right on time.
Let me show you a couple things you will do when you come into our office. As most of you know, you when you first come in you check in at the front desk computer. You hit “push to start”, log in with the key code that myself or one of the other ladies gave you. There is a rating scale to help you rate how you are feeling that day. If you are feeling great, awesome. If not then we are here to help you feel better. After you check in, you have a seat and I will call you up to the front desk. When you are ready to go back to have your adjustment I will give you a card to take back with you.
We now have a new patient portal now. It’s really fancy and cool. It saves a lot of time, because it saves a lot of your time. You go online and fill out your information, and you can be seen way quicker than normal. . Which is amazing! So you filling out the portal helps you with the amount of time you will be in the office.
Our office provides a speedy treatment time, and we want you to be seen as quickly as possible so you can get better as quickly as possible. Thanks for watching.

Patient Portal
Our patient portal has arrived. Our patient portal is for new patients, to help them get the preliminary paperwork completed before their appointments. This effort helps cut down on the time you will have to spend at the office.

Patient portal is here. When you become a new patient, you will get an email with instructions on how to log into our patient portal.
Hey guys! This is Ariel from the Pro-Adjuster chiropractic clinic. Today I want to inform you about our portal. The portal is for our new patients. The portal helps you be evaluated faster, so can be treated quicker. What will happen is this. We will send you an email, the email helps you go on to the portal website. From there you fill out all of your information, including your insurance, including past history and reason for coming into the office. This allows us to review your medical history before you come in, so we can spend quality time with you. In the past the average time it took us to see a new patient was 45 mins, the portal cuts that time to about 25mins. This allows us to focus on the reason for your visit today.
Let me show you how the portal works. You will get an email, the email will be called “welcome to wellness” (don’t forget to check your spam folder). Clink on the link in the email, it takes you right to the portal. Once you are on the portal, you delete the default email in the “email” box. You then copy and paste the user name they gave you. Then copy and paste the password they sent you in the email as well. Next click “login”. From there the portal walks you through step by step on your medical history and current reason for the visit. This allows us to review your case, and prepare for your visit based on the information in the system.
