The first is our standard “New patient evaluation/
The second is our “Tour” visit. The tour visit is for people who are unsure if chiropractic care is the best choice for them. The tour visit allows you to inform the doctor of your health concerns and get a scan with the ProAdjuster analysis instrument to determine if chiropractic care is right for you. Since the tour visit is an introductory visit to our office it is only $15. That makes the tour visit perfect for people who want to make sure we can help them. Referred to Us By Friends or Family?
For some of our patients who have been referred to us by their friends and family members, scheduling a chiropractor appointment online is a simple and convenient. The information will be directed to us, and we will contact you soon to let you know if that time will work with our existing schedule. If we need to modify your chiropractor appointment time or day, we will help you with that, too. You can also include any questions you may have in the email. You may also choose to enclose your insurance information, as well.

If you are hesitate to request appointments online, no worries. We follow up with a phone call, to verify your chiropractor appointment requests, and also address any questions or concerns you may have about your upcoming visit. Some people have questions about their treatments will cost, if their insurance is accepted in our Virginia Beach office, or questions about their co-payment or deductible. Medical insurance benefits can get quite confusing for patients, especially if they have multiple insurances with supplements, secondary and, some, even tertiary insurance companies. Almost always, our staff can verify your insurance coverage that same day, depending on responsiveness of your insurance company. Our Virginia Beach chiropractic office hours are Mondays through Friday, 8:40 to 6pm and Saturday, 8:40am to noon.
